So.... I bought a Rival brand Mr. Coffee knockoff, and a T-Mobile mobile hotspot.
Still no furniture, but with caffeine and internet access, I'll never miss it! .... LOL!

Hey Dave! So happy you have an apartment! Do you have furniture yet? If not, I may have some for you. What do you still need? How much room do you have?
