The idea of homelessness in a country of 1,341,683,487+......(with a growth rate of approximately 178,000 people per day, 7,400 per hour, 124 per minute, or 2 per second.......for all of us "you never know when Jeopardy may call" trivia addicts..........lol)......is not surprising, but the fact that the totalitarian regime allows it to be seen in the 'showplace' cities frequented by international travelers and the press.
