Good Morning;
Too tired to be clever....
This morning I got out early because of the heat and went over to RiteAid to pick up my BP meds, then rode the subway up and back for a couple hours trying to sleep and take advantage of the A/C until it was time to go to Monkee's and pick up other meds.
Went to Starbucks....it poured buckets, the humidity skyrocketed and is now dropping just as rapidly as is the temperature as a cold front moves through, though it looks like the rain will miss the area.
Talked with Rachel, she spent the day with her Bubbie and her Mom, so they never made it to the coffee shop.
Read, ate, listened to the steel drum band performing between Whole Foods and Starbucks, before and after the deluge.....laughed as two guys soaked themselves as they tried to dump the rapidly accumulating water from the two portable sunshade/dining fly/canopy structures hurriedly set up over the drums....left with a bag of 'hole foods' from the coffee shop...thanks guys...donuts and bagels....lol.
And that's it.
